Whitestone Associates, LLC, headquartered in New York, was founded in 1992 by Frank Gallucci. It is a boutique business development and investment banking firm that services a wide spectrum of international small to mid-sized clients.

At Whitestone, we understand the needs of not only our corporate clients but also the unique needs of our private business owners who's transactions which can represent the culmination of a life time of effort. Whitestone Associates’ experienced professionals are prepared to meet your needs whether it is selling a business, raising capital or making an acquisition.
