Charles W. Grinnell
Charles is active in the ABA Tax Section (Committee on Partnerships), and
member and former Director of the Corporate Bar Association of Westchester and
Fairfield, Inc. (CT), now in private practice with his partner in Stamford,
CT. Charles' experience includes several senior corporate legal positions
where he advised management on securities law, taxation, domestic and
international joint ventures, licensing, asset sales and restructuring,
commercial real property leases, government affairs, executive compensation
and benefits, legal defense issues related to employee terminations,
intellectual property, products liability, and shareholder derivative claims.
Additional areas of his experience include general corporate, securities,
trusts, and estate matters. Education: BA, Boston College; JD, Columbia
University School of Law, LLM (Tax); and Bridgeport School of Law.
