Donald W. Grinter
Donald W. Grinter was chairman and chief executive officer of ABC Rail
Products Corporation from 1991 and chairman of ABC-NACO Inc. from February
1999 until September 2000. Grinter continues to serve on the company's Board
of Directors. ABC-NACO is one of the world's leading suppliers of
technologically advanced products of railroad and flow control industries
through its three business groups: Rail Products, Rail Services and Systems,
and Flow and Specialty Products. Prior to joining the ABC-NACO, from June 1987
until August 1989, Grinter was President of the Supermarket Group of Hussmann
Corporation, a subsidiary of Whitman Corporation. He also served as Executive
Vice President of Abex from June 1984 until June 1987, a leading fluid power
and motion control company.
