Kathy Fregenti
Kathy has over twenty-one years of diversified management experience. While
serving as Operations Manager and Branch Manager for the Continental Insurance
Companies, she developed expertise in general accounting, sales and marketing,
and systems and project management. In addition, she has first-hand
experience in budget evaluations and contract negotiations. Kathy oversees
Whitestone's office operations.
